Jon Davidge

Jon was partially responsible for the dissemination of Mills & Boon romances across India, Africa and the West Indies for seven glorious, Club Class years from 1979.

Undiminished by such liberties, he finessed his export career with the 1982 launch of the century’s most preposterous cack, Keyhole Crime.  Pictured here with a distinctly apologetic smirk and a trademark bouffon at the Sunnyside Park hotel, Jo’burg.  Neither before nor since has a dump bin been more appropriately named.

Nevertheless, to this day he will hear nothing said against the fragrant Violet Winspear.
